Re: Tariff Notice 416 and 416A
The Commission received an application from Télébec, Limited Partnership dated 11 June 2010, and amended on 22 June 2010, in which the company proposed modifications to its business local exchange services. The company identified its application as a Group B filing.
Commission staff requested that the company amend its tariff notice. Consequently, this application and any subsequent revisions associated with it will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day after they were received. However, the Commission intends to dispose of the application and any subsequent revisions associated with it within 45 working days of the date on which the last revision is received.
