Re: Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 310 and Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7247 – Special Facilities Tariffs, Item G21 – Wireless Service Provider Enhanced 9-1-1 Service
On 25 March 2010, the Commission received an application by Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership and Bell Canada (collectively, the Bell companies) under cover of Tariff Notice 310 and Tariff Notice 7247 respectively, to increase their rates for Special Facilities Tariffs, Item G21 – Wireless Service Provider Enhanced 9-1-1 Service Tariff, effective 3 June 2010. The Commission has received the response to a Commission staff interrogatory on 12 May 2010. In addition, Rogers Communications Inc. filed comments regarding the interrogatory response on 26 May 2010.
Accordingly, the Commission is unable to dispose of this application within 45 business days of the filing date.
