The Commission received the above-mentioned applications between May 13 and 20, 2010. The companies identified their applications as Group B tariff filings.
Since these applications are interrelated, the Commission will dispose of all of them at the same time. Consequently, these applications and any subsequent revisions associated with them will not be given interim approval within 15 calendar days of their receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of these applications and any subsequent revisions associated with them before July 1, 2010.
