Dear Mr. Henry and Mr. Palmer:

Re:   Bell Aliant Tariff Notices 302 / 303 / 304 and Bell Canada Tariff Notices 7237 / 7238 / 7239

On 19 February 2010, the Commission received applications by Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership and Bell Canada, (collectively, the Bell companies) under cover of Bell Aliant Tariff Notices (TNs) 302 / 303 / 304 and Bell Canada TNs 7237 / 7238 / 7239.  In these TNs, the Bell companies proposed to increase the monthly rates for their.

In a Commission staff letter dated 10 May 2010, these applications were returned indicating that the Bell companies may re-file them supported by revised cost studies.

To facilitate the management of active applications, these files are now being closed.  The Bell companies may re-file rates for the Gateway Access Services – Residence and Business, and their Business High Speed Access Service supported by revised cost studies under cover of new TNs.

Yours sincerely,
