Re: Call for Comments - Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 310 and Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7247 – Special Facilities Tariffs, Item G21 – Wireless Service Provider Enhanced 9-1-1 Service

On 17 May 2010, the Commission received a response to a Commission interrogatory regarding proposed changes to the Wireless Service Provider Enhanced E9-1-1 tariffs filed under Bell Aliant’s TN 310 and Bell Canada’s TN 7247.

Accordingly, parties are given an opportunity to file comments.  Parties may file comments on the interrogatory response by 26 May 2010.  Bell Aliant and Bell Canada may file reply comments by

2 June 2010.  The submissions must be received, not merely sent by these dates.
