Dear Mr. Cavanagh:

Re:  Agreement 1381/00 – Schedule C to Master Agreement of Local Interconnection (MALI) between Distributel and TelNet Communications

On 14 April 2010, the Commission received an application by Distributel Communications Limited (Distributel) in which the company filed the Schedule C to the MALI between Distributel and TelNet Communications pursuant to Forbearance with respect to certain inter-carrier agreements filed pursuant to section 29 of the Telecommunications Act, Telecom Decision CRTC 2007-129, 14 December 2007.

The Commission notes that it is awaiting a revised filing of the Schedule C that reflects the effective date, and the printed names, position titles and signatures of the parties to the Schedule C.  Therefore, this application will not be considered deemed approved until the revised filing has been received by the Commission.

Yours sincerely,
