RE: Tariff Notice 52 – Competitive Local Exchange Carrier General Tariff
On 20 April 2010, the Commission received an application by Mornington Communications Co-Operative Limited, under cover of Tariff Notice 52, in which the company proposed modifications to its Competitive Local Exchange Carrier General Tariff.
Commission staff has requested that the company amend its application. Consequently, this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day of their receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
