Dear Madams, Sirs:
Re: Revised Interconnection Agreement for the Provision of E9-1-1 to a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier – Extension Request
On 22 April 2010, the Commission received a letter from Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership and Bell Canada (collectively, the companies) in which they requested an extension to the 26 April 2010 due date for the filing of their responses to the Commission’s interrogatories issued on 14 April 2010.
The companies indicated that based on an assessment of the workload associated with preparing the interrogatory responses, they would be in a position to file their responses by 14 May 2010. They also submitted that it would be reasonable that any extension granted to the companies should also apply to the competitive local exchange carriers to which the Commission also addressed interrogatories in Annex 2 of its 14 April 2010 staff letter.
The request made by the companies is acceptable. The date by proceeding responses to the Commission’s interrogatories dated 14 April 2010 are to be filed by the companies and the competitive local exchange carriers is hereby extended to 14 May 2010.
Yours sincerely,
