RE: Tariff Notice 51 – ISDN Service
Dear Mrs Lutz:
On 26 August 2009, under cover of Tariff Number 51, the Commission received an application by Mornington Communications Co-operative Limited, in which the company proposed a new tariff item for Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN Service).
By letter, dated 28 August 2009, the company requested the withdrawal of its application, and indicated the item would be considered for re-submission at a later date. The company’s request to withdraw Tariff Notice 51 is acceptable.
Yours sincerely,
