Dear Mr. Henry and Mr. Palmer:

Re: Bell Aliant Tariff Notices 302/303/304 and Bell Canada Tariff Notices 7237/7238/7239

By letter dated 1 April 2010, Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership, and Bell Canada (collectively, the Bell companies) requested that the Commission extend the deadline for the submission of reply comments with regards to the above noted TNs associated with their GAS/HSA services. The Bell companies indicated that the resources involved in the preparation of reply comments are currently engaged on other Commission proceedings. The Bell companies further indicated that based on the number of parties that submitted comments and the workload associated with preparing the reply comments, they would be in a position to file reply comments by 12 April 2010.

In the circumstances, the Commission considers the requested extension to be reasonable and extends the deadline for filing reply comments by the Bell companies to 12 April 2010 for the above-noted TNs.

Yours sincerely,
