RE: 2010 semi-annual SIP Tracking Report
Dear Mr. Woodward:
This is in response to TELUS Communications Company’s (TELUS’) letter dated 31 March 2010, in which the company requested an extension to filing its semi-annual Service Improvement Plan (SIP) update. TELUS noted it was unable to complete this report by the required 31 March 2010 filing date, and requested it be permitted to file it on 9 April 2010. TELUS’ proposed filing date is acceptable.
