RE: SaskTel TN 233
On 23 March 2010, the Commission received an application from Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel), under cover of Tariff Notice 233, proposing revisions to SaskTel’s General Tariff (GT) – Basic Services, CRTC 21411, Item 80, Resale and Sharing, Item 110.54, Ethernet Access Service and SaskTel’s Competitor Access Tariff, CRTC Item 21414, Item 610.18, Local Network Interconnection and Component Unbundling, Item 610.26, Interconnection Arrangements for DSL Service providers, Item 650.14, Digital Subscriber Line Access Capability, and Item 650.32, Aggregated Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line Service.
Commission staff requested that the company amend its application. Consequently, this application, and any subsequent amendments associated with it, will not be approved on the 15th calendar day after they were received. The Commission, however, intends to dispose of the application, along with any subsequent amendments associated with it, within 45 business days of the date of the last amendment filed.
