Dear Sir:
In a letter, dated 25 March 2010, TELUS Communications Company (TCC) requested an extension from 30 March 2010 to 16 April 2010 for the filing of responses to interrogatories issued to TCC by the Commission in correspondence dated 9 March 2010. TCC indicated that it was unable to complete its responses to the interrogatories by the original deadline.
The TCC request is accepted. Accordingly, the deadline for TCC to file the responses to interrogatories is extended from 30 March 2010 to 16 April 2010. Please note that this extension for TCC does not otherwise impact the proceeding schedule.
