Dear Sirs:
RE: Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 253 and Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7191
On 5 February 2010, the Commission received a letter from Bell Canada indicating that the company would be unable to file its updated costs associated with equal access implementation by 5 February 2010. Bell Canada proposed to file its updated costs by 12 February 2010.
Commission staff considers the company’s proposal to be acceptable.
Yours sincerely,
