Re: Part VII Application by Bell Aliant Regional Communications LP and Bell Canada Concerning the Appropriate Competitor Quality of Service Standards for the Provisioning of Competitor DS-1 Digital Network Services

This letter is in response to a request by MTS Allstream Inc.’s (MTS Allstream) letter of
11 March 2010 stating that it missed the date to file comments on the interrogatory responses of Bell Aliant Regional Communications LP and Bell Canada (Collectively the Bell Companies), and that it will be filing comments on 15 March 2010.

In the circumstances, MTS Allstream may file comments on the above-noted interrogatory responses which are to be filed and served on all interested parties by 15 March 2010. MTS Allstream is to restrict its comments to the above-noted interrogatory responses and is not to comment on TELUS Communications Company’s comments. The Bell Companies may file and serve on all other parties reply comments by 22 March 2010.

Documents must be received and not merely sent by the dates indicated.
