RE: Tariff Notice 381 – Payment Time limits and Late Payments
This is further to the Commission’s letter dated 19 January 2010 in regard to the above-mentioned tariff noticed filed by TELUS Communications Company on 12 January 2010.
On 20 January 2010, the Commission received further information with respect to this filing, which provided clarification in regard to the proposed tariff revision intended by the company. In view of this, the Commission will process the application as a Group A filing under Approval mechanisms for retail and CLEC tariffs, Telecom Decision 2008-74, 21 August 2008 (Decision 2008-74).
