Dear Sirs:

Re: Fight Media Inc. – Application No. 2010-0150-3

Request to Withdraw Interventions

The Commission is in receipt of a letter from Mr. Brian Sobie dated 20 September 2010 requesting to withdraw his interventions dated 6 April 2010 and 30 August 2010 and the intervention by his lawyer Matthew Fisher made on his behalf dated 1 September 2010 (collectively, intervention # 32). Mr. Sobie also asked that his name be withdrawn from the intervention filed by Michael Stanton of Scarfone Hawkins LLP dated 1 September 2010 on behalf of himself and others (intervention # 48).

The Commission is also in receipt of a letter from Gary H. Luftspring of Ricketts, Harris LLP dated 24 September 2010 asking that the intervention he filed on behalf of George Burger, Spotlight Television Inc., the Hillsdale Family Trust, Rue Patrix Holdings Inc. and Divided Sky Holdings Inc. on 1 September 2010 be withdrawn (intervention #118).

The Commission accepts both of these requests. Both letters and this response will be placed on the public record of the proceeding. Interventions # 32 and 118 will be removed from the public record
of the proceeding and the Commission will not consider Mr. Sobie’s name when reviewing Intervention # 48.

Yours sincerely,
