Re: 28 September 2010 public hearing
We are in receipt of your 3 September 2010 letter in which you make reference to a study on the impact of the Corus Quebec proposed transaction on the future of radio broadcasters and on listeners in Quebec regions and cities that are served by Corus. You also mention in your letter that you intend to file this study on the public record 7 to 10 days in advance of the 28 September hearing.
We wish to inform you that the deadline for the submission of an intervention on the public record of this hearing was 2 September 2010. As noted in the broadcasting notice of consultation CRTC 2010-543, an intervention received after the deadline date will not be considered by the Commission and will not be part of the public file.
