Procedures for filing confidential information and requesting its disclosure in Commission proceedings

1. In Confidentiality of information used to establish wholesale service rates, Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2012-592, 25 October 2012, the Commission established more extensive disclosure guidelines for cost information filed in support of all wholesale services at the time a wholesale service application is filed. As a result of this decision, changes are required to the “Telecommunications proceedings” section of the appendix to Procedures for filing confidential information and requesting its disclosure in Commission proceedings, Broadcasting and Telecom Information Bulletin CRTC 2010-961, 23 December 2010 (Broadcasting and Telecom Information Bulletin 2010-961).

2. The revised “Telecommunications proceedings” section of the appendix to Broadcasting and Telecom Information Bulletin 2010-961 is attached.
