Further to Broadcasting Notice of Consultation 2010-935, the Commission announces the following:
The following item is amended and the change is in bold.

Application 2010-1510-8
Application by Gordon Peters, on behalf of a corporation to be incorporated, for a broadcasting licence to operate an English- and Aboriginal-language FM Type B Native radio programming undertaking in Thamesville.
The applicant proposes to broadcast a minimum of 126 hours of station-produced programming per broadcast week, including a minimum of 20 hours of Lenape-language programming.
