Deletion of licensed areas under a broadcasting licence - Corrections
1. In the English-language version of Appendix 2 to Deletion of licensed areas under a broadcasting licence, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2010-892, 30 November 2010 (Broadcasting Decision 2010-892), the Commission erroneously identified as Hamilton/North-East one of the licensed areas deleted from the Class 1 regional licence of Cogeco Cable Canada GP Inc. (the general partner) and Cogeco Cable Canada Inc. (the limited partner), carrying on business as Cogeco Cable Canada LP (Cogeco). The name of this licenced area is in fact Hamilton/North-West.
2. Further, in Footnote 1 to that appendix, the Commission inadvertently identified as Hamilton Centre-East one of the locations that will remain a licensed area under the Class 1 regional licence of Cogeco. The name of this licenced area is in fact Hamilton/Central-East.
3. Accordingly, the Commission hereby corrects the English-language version of Broadcasting Decision 2010-892 by replacing the first table of Appendix 2 (that relating to application 2010-1560-3) and Footnote 1 to that appendix with the following (corrections in bold):
