Licence renewals – Correction
1. In Appendix 15 to Licence renewals, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2010-890, 30 November 2010 (Broadcasting Decision 2010-890), which sets out the conditions of licence and encouragement for the commercial radio programming undertaking CIXF-FM Brooks, Alberta, the Commission inadvertently included the broadcast year 2012 among the broadcast years set out in condition of licence 2 of that appendix. Accordingly, the Commission corrects Appendix 15 to Broadcasting Decision 2010-890 by replacing condition of licence 2 with the following:
2. In addition to the requirements set out in section 15 of the Radio Regulations, 1986, in each of the 2010 and 2011 broadcast years, the licensee shall devote at least $3,400 per broadcast year to third parties eligible to promote musicians and other Canadian artists, which must include a minimum annual contribution of $1,500 to FACTOR and $1,500 to the development of the Aboriginal Voices Radio Network.

*This decision is to be appended to the licence.
