Deadline for submitting final written comments

At the 8 February 2011 hearing, the Commission announced that parties to the proceeding for the above-noted application would have an opportunity to file final written submissions following the hearing. The Commission hereby announces that it will accept final written submissions relating to information discussed during the hearing provided that parties submit their comments to the Commission, with a copy sent to Pelmorex Communications Inc. (Pelmorex), on or before 16 February 2011. Pelmorex may file a final reply, with a copy sent to concerned interveners, by 23 February 2011.
Final submissions should be no more than 10 pages, excluding information requested by the Commission during the oral phase of the proceeding. Parties are reminded that no new evidence should be introduced in their final submissions with the exception of information requested by the Commission.
