[Submit an intervention/comment or view related documents]

At the 20 June 2011 hearing, the Commission confirmed that those who filed comments for the above-noted proceeding would have an opportunity to file final written comments following the hearing. The Commission hereby announces that it will accept final written comments from those who filed comments in this proceeding provided that they submit such comments on or before 8 July 2011.

Final comments should be no more than 10 pages, excluding information requested by the Commission during the oral phase of the proceeding. Parties are reminded that no new evidence should be introduced in their final comments with the exception of information requested by the Commission.

In addition, parties are also invited to file a draft code of “good commercial practices” aimed at addressing the concerns raised in this hearing with respect to vertically integrated companies. Where possible, a brief rationale for specific provisions of the code should be provided.
