Correction to the English HTML version of the notice and withdrawal of Item 9
The Commission corrects the English HTML version of Broadcasting Notice of Consultation 2010-72 in which the hearing date was erroneously listed as 4 April 2010 in the first paragraph. The correct date is 14 April 2010.

The applicant has withdrawn the application. Item 9 will not be rescheduled at a future hearing and the Commission has closed the file.
