Revocation of licence
1. Look Mobile Corporation (the general partner) and Look Communications Inc., (the limited partner), carrying on business as Look Communications L.P. has requested the revocation of its licence for the multipoint distribution system radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving various locations in Ontario and Quebec.
2. Given the licensee’s request, the Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the broadcasting licence issued to Look Mobile Corporation (the general partner) and Look Communications Inc., (the limited partner), carrying on business as Look Communications L.P. for the above-mentioned undertaking.
