1. The Commission notes that the French version of Call for comments on the proposed addition of German Kino Plus to the lists of eligible satellite services for distribution on a digital basis, Broadcasting Notice of Consultation CRTC 2010-650, 1 September 2010, erroneously referred to the document as a decision rather than a notice of consultation. Accordingly, the name of the French document is amended as follows:
