Administrative renewal
1. The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the developmental community FM radio programming undertaking CHLI-FM Rossland from 1 September 2010 to 31 August 2011, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licence.
2. This decision will allow the Rossland Radio Cooperative to maintain the station's operation during the application process for a new community radio programming undertaking.
