Deadline for submitting final written comments regarding additional information filed by Corus

On 7 October 2010, Corus Audio & Advertising Services Ltd. (Corus) filed additional information pertaining to item 3 that it committed to provide with respect to the aforementioned hearing.
The Commission confirmed at the 6 October 2010 hearing that those who filed interventions for the aforementioned application would have an opportunity to file written submissions in response to the additional information provided by Corus.
The Commission hereby announces that it will accept written submissions on or before 18 October 2010 from those who filed interventions for this application in this proceeding. These submissions should be no more than 5 pages and must pertain to the new information recently provided. Parties are reminded that they must not introduce new evidence in these submissions. These submissions must be served on the applicant.
The Commission will accept written reply comments from Corus on or before 21 October 2010. This written reply should be no more than 5 pages.
