Administrative renewal

1.      The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, from 1 September 2010 to 31 August 2011, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licence.

2.      The Commission notes that, pursuant to A group-based approach to the licensing of private television services, Broadcasting Regulatory Policy CRTC 2010-167, 22 March 2010, this undertaking will be operating in a mandatory market as of 31 August 2011.

3.      This decision does not dispose of any substantive issues that may exist with respect to the renewal of this licence and interested parties will have an opportunity to comment at the appropriate time.
