CBLT Toronto and CBMT Montréal – Licence amendments
1. The Commission approves the applications by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation to amend the broadcasting licences for the television programming undertaking CBLT Toronto by adding the transmitter CBLIT Armstrong and for the television programming undertaking CBMT Montréal by removing the transmitter CBLIT. The Commission did not receive any interventions in connection with these applications.
2. CBLIT will rebroadcast the programming of CBLT instead of that of CBMT in order to adequately serve the population of Armstrong.
3. The Commission notes that approval of these applications has no technical implications because all technical parameters remain unchanged, the transmitter will not be moved, and no changes in the official contours are planned.
