CBME-DR-1, CBM-DR-1, CBF-DR-1 and CBFX-DR-1 Montréal – Revocation of licence
1. The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation has advised the Commission that it will cease operation of its digital radio transmitters CBME-DR-1, CBM-DR-1, CBF-DR-1 and CBFX-DR-1 Montréal.
2. In Operation of new transitional digital radio undertakings in Montréal, Decision CRTC 98-498, 19 November 1998, the Commission authorized the addition of the aforementioned transmitters.
3. Given the licensee’s request and pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(2) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation for CBME-DR-1, CBM-DR-1, CBF-DR-1 and CBFX-DR-1 Montréal, Quebec.
