CHTW-FM Wadena – Licence renewal

1. The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the low-power tourist information radio programming undertaking CHTW-FM Wadena from 1 July 2010 to 31 August 2016.1 The Commission did not receive any interventions in connection with this application.
2. The licence will be subject to the terms and conditions of licence set out in the appendix to this decision.

Terms and conditions of licence for the radio programming undertaking CHTW-FM Wadena

 

Terms

  The licence will expire 31 August 2016.
 

Conditions of licence

 

1. The licensee shall use the station solely for the purpose of providing pre-recorded messages promoting the Town of Wadena and the Quill Lakes as an important bird nesting and staging area.

 

2. The licensee shall not broadcast advertising material.

 

3. The licensee shall not broadcast musical selections, except as incidental background music.
