Administrative renewal | |
1. | The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the low-power AM radio programming undertaking CHEV Toronto from 1 April 2010 to 31 July 2010. The licence will be subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licence. |
2. | If the licensee has not filed an application for a new frequency by 17 May 2010, the Commission may not renew the licence further. |
3. | This decision does not dispose of any substantive issues that may exist with respect to the renewal of this licence. The Commission will issue a decision on the renewal application at a later date. |
