Re: Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 242 and Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7181 – Request for Disclosure and Further Responses

Dear Madams and Sirs:

By letter dated 4 December 2009, Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership and Bell Canada (collectively, the Bell companies) filed responses to Commission staff interrogatories.

By letters dated 7 December 2009, TekSavvy Solutions Inc., the Coalition of Internet Service Providers Inc., and Acanac Inc. and Managed Network Systems Inc. made requests for disclosure and further responses with regards to the Bell companies’ interrogatory responses dated 4 December 2009. By letters dated 8 December 2009, MTS Allstream Inc. and the Canadian Association of Internet Providers on behalf of Accelerated Connections Inc., AOL Canada, Cybersurf, EGATE Networks, Execulink Telecom, Telnet Communications and Yak Communications (Canada) Corp., made similar requests for disclosure and further responses.

The Bell companies are requested to provide their reply to the above-mentioned requests for disclosure and further responses by 9 December 2009. This reply must be received, not merely sent, by that date.

Accordingly, the previously established 9 December 2009 date for parties’ submissions of comments or supplementary comments and 14 December 2009 date for the Bell companies’ reply comments are suspended and will be revised shortly.

Yours sincerely,
