Dear Mr. Olenick:

RE: Tbaytel Tariff Notice 155

On 3 December 2009, the Commission received an application by TBayTel under cover of Tariff Notice (TN) 155, in which the company proposed a revision to its General Tariff (CRTC 25570) item 11, Confidentiality of Customer Records, to reflect the Commission’s determinations pursuant to Regulatory measures associated with confidentiality provisions and privacy services, Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2009-723, 25 November 2009.

Commission staff notes that in that decision, telecom service providers were directed to issue revised tariff pages reflecting the determination made in paragraph 18 no later than 7 December 2009. As no tariff filing is therefore required, this tariff notice has been closed.

Yours sincerely,
