Dear Mr. Romaniuk:

RE: Tariff Notices TCC 371/371A, TCI 624/624A, and TCBC 4332/4332A

On 31 August 2009, the Commission received applications by TELUS Communications Company (TCC), under cover of TCC Tariff Notice 371, TCI Tariff Notice 624 and TCBC Tariff Notice 4332, and amended on 8 September 2009. TCC proposed to amalgamate the company’s tariffs related to interconnection by wireless service providers.

Commission staff notes that the record of this proceeding will not close until receipt of interrogatory responses from TCC, expected on 13 November 2009. Consequently, the Commission will be unable to render its decision within 45 business days of receipt of the applications. The Commission expects to render its decision prior to the end of December 2009.

Yours sincerely,
