RE: Revised Interconnection Agreement for the Provision of 9-1-1 Service to a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier
By letter dated 23 September 2009, Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership and Bell Canada (collectively, the Companies) indicated that due to the unavailability of key resources, they would not be able to respond to the questions contained in Annex 1 of the Commission’s letter dated 26 August 2009 by 28 September 2009. The Companies proposed to file their responses to the questions by 13 October 2009.
Annex 2 of the Commission’s letter dated 26 August 2009 set out interrogatories addressed to the competitive local exchange carrier that operate in the Companies’ territories.
Commission staff considers the Companies’ requested extension to be reasonable. The deadline for the responses to the interrogatories set out in Annex 1 and Annex 2 is extended to 13 October 2009.
