Re: Follow-up to Notice of Consultation 2009-40 - Wireless Phase II E9-1-1 Comments – Interrogatory Responses
Dear Madams, Sirs:
In a letter dated 14 July 2009, Commission staff indicated that it would set out further process after receipt of the responses to Commission interrogatories addressed to the ILECs regarding Wireless Phase II E9-1-1. The interrogatory responses were received on 14 August 2009.
Accordingly, Commission staff sets out the following process. Parties may file additional comments by 2 October 2009. ILECs may file reply comments by 9 October 2009.
Comments and reply comments are to be filed with the Commission and served on all parties in accordance with the above-noted process. Documents to be filed and served are to be received, not merely sent, by the dates indicated.
