RE: Tariff Notices TCC 371/371A, TCI 624/624A, and TCBC 4332/4332A

 

On 31 August 2009, the Commission received applications by TELUS Communications Company (TCC), under cover of TCC Tariff Notice 371, TCI Tariff Notice 624 and TCBC Tariff Notice 4332, and amended on 8 September 2009. TCC indicated that these applications were filed as Group B filings under Approval mechanisms for retail and CLEC tariffs, Telecom Decision CRTC 2008-74, 21 August 2008 (Telecom Decision 2008-74).

 

Commission staff considers that, as the services in question pertain to Competitor Services, these applications do not meet the definition of Group B filings as outlined in Appendix 1 of Telecom Decision 2008-74. Accordingly, these applications will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day after their receipt.

 

The Commission intends to dispose of these applications within 45 business days of receipt of the filings.
