Re: Follow-up to Telecom Regulatory Policy 2009-40
In a letter dated 14 July 2009, MTS Allstream Inc., Bell Canada, Bell Aliant Regional Telecommunications Limited Partnership, Telus Communications Company and Saskatchewan Telecommunications (ILECs) were requested to provide responses to interrogatories concerning their respective cost studies associated with the implementation of wireless Phase II E9-1-1 service. Responses to these interrogatories were received by the Commission on 14 August 2009.
In its 14 July 2009 letter, the Commission staff indicated that it would set out further process after receipt of the responses to the above-noted interrogatories. The following process is accordingly established:
- Parties may file comments by 24 September 2009, which comments are to be restricted to the additional information provided in the interrogatory responses;
- The ILECs may file reply comments by 1st October 2009.
Comments and reply comments are to be filed with the Commission and served on all parties in accordance with the above-noted process. Documents to be filed and served are to be received, not merely sent, by the dates indicated.
Yours sincerely,
