Re: Follow-up to Notice of Consultation 2009-40 – Wireless Phase II E9-1-1 Service Agreements - Comments
Dear Madams, Sirs:
In a letter dated 2 September 2009, the Commission directed the ILECs that had not already done so, to file revised Wireless Service Provider Enhanced 9-1-1 (WSP E9-1-1) Network Access Service Agreements by 9 September 2009.
Commission staff notes that parties may file comments regarding these service agreements by 24 September 2009. ILECs may file reply comments by 1st October 2009.
Comments and reply comments are to be filed with the Commission and served on all parties in accordance with the above-noted process. Documents to be filed and served are to be received, not merely sent, by the dates indicated.
