Dear Madams, Sirs:
In Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2009-40, Implementation of wireless Phase II E9-1-1 service paragraph 20, the Commission directed the ILECs to file proposed revised wireless E9-1-1 tariffs with supporting cost studies. All ILECs filed proposed tariff pages and supporting cost studies. The Staff notes that only Bell Canada and Bell Aliant Regional Telecommunications filed revised Wireless Service Provider Enhanced 9-1-1 (WSP E9-1-1) Network Access Service Agreements.
All other ILECs are to file revised Wireless Service Provider Enhanced E9-1-1 Service Agreements to reflect the implementation of the Phase II of WSP E9-1-1 by 9 September 2009.
Yours sincerely,
