RE: Tariff Notice 216 – SaskTel Centrex IP Service

On 5 August 2009, the Commission received an application by Saskatchewan Telecommunications, under cover of Tariff Notice (TN) 216, in which the company proposed the introduction of Centrex IP ACD Perimeter Agent feature. The company identified TN 216 as a Group B retail filing.

Commission staff requested that the company amend its application. Consequently, this application, and any subsequent amendments associated with it, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day after they were received. The Commission however intends to dispose of the application, along with any subsequent amendments associated with it, within 45 business days of the date of the last amendment filed.

Yours sincerely,
