Subject: Agreement 1328/00 – 9163-7918 Québec inc./TELUS Communications Company – Basic Listing Interchange File Agreement
Dear Sir:
On July 27, 2009, the Commission received from 9163-7918 Québec inc. an agreement concluded between it and TELUS Communications Company regarding basic listing interchange file (BLIF) service. This type of agreement is not covered by section 29 of the Telecommunications Act, Statutes of Canada 1993, c. 38. It is therefore not necessary to submit a new agreement for Commission approval.
As long as 9163-7918 Québec inc. uses a copy of the BLIF agreement consistent with that approved by the Commission in Telecom Order CRTC 2007-46 of 12 February 2007, it does not have to file BLIF agreements concluded with third parties.
Consequently the file associated with this application is closed.
Sincerely yours,
