RE: TELUS Communications Company Tariff Notice 361A - Construction Charges
Dear Mr. Romaniuk:
On 23 July 2009, the Commission received an amendment to a tariff notice by TELUS Communications Company undercover of Tariff Notice (TN) 361A, in which the company made changes to the proposed Construction Charges tariff as previously detailed in TN 361. The company identified TN 361A as a Group B retail filing.
Given the issues associated with this application, this application will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day after receipt. The Commission however intends to dispose of the application, along with any subsequent amendments associated with it, within 45 business days of the date of the last amendment filed.
Yours sincerely,
