Re: Follow-up to Policy 2009-34 – Line-sharing service

Dear Madam and Sirs:

Please find attached further interrogatories related to the ILEC cost studies which were filed regarding the line-sharing service:

Attachment 1: Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership Tariff Notice 353;
Attachment 2: Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership Tariff Notice 260 and Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7196;
Attachment 3: MTS Allstream Tariff Notice 678;
Attachment 4: Saskatchewan Telecommunications; and
Attachment 5: TELUS Communications Company Tariff Notice 359.

Responses to these interrogatories are to be filed with the Commission by 11 September 2009. Parties who wish to comment on the ILECs' submissions regarding the line-sharing service may do so by 25 September 2009. The ILECs may file reply comments by 9 October 2009. Submissions must be actually received, not merely sent by the dates indicated.
