RE: Northwestel and TELUS Communications Company – Interconnection and Service Agreement
On 14 July 2009 , the Commission received an application by Northwestel Inc., in which the company filed its Telecommunications Interconnection and Service Agreement between TELUS Communications Company and Northwestel Inc.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of the application. Consequently, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of the application. The Commission intends to dispose of this application prior to the end of July 2009.
