On 26 June 2009, the Commission’s staff issued a letter and questions related to the above subject matter. Please note the following clarifications with respect to the filing dates of the responses to the questions, comments and reply comments:

The companies are required to provide responses to the questions by 31 July 2009.

Comments on the responses are to be filed by 14 August 2009 and reply comments by 28 August 2009.

Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be actually received, not merely sent, by that date.
