Re: Follow-up to Telecom Regulatory Policy 2009-40

 

 

At paragraph 20 of Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2009-40 – Implementation of wireless Phase II E9-1-1 service, (Decision 2009-40), the Commission directed each ILEC to file proposed revised wireless E9-1-1 service tariffs regarding the implementation of wireless Phase II Stage 1 E9-1-1 service, within three months of the decision.

 

Commission notes, that Telebec, Telus Québec and TBayTel have not filed any tariffs and supporting cost studies.

 

The Commission directs each of the above to file the required tariffs and supporting cost studies by 24 July 2009.
